Indoor Sunshine is 95 CRI 5500 K
Full
spectrum light is like natural daylight. It has the beautiful
wavelengths of color that a rainbow does and in the same proportions.
Full spectrum light even includes ultraviolet light, those
invisible wavelengths of light that causes the body to produce
vitamin D. Ultraviolet light must also be in the same proportion
as it is in daylight, it's just not as intense as sunlight. It's rated 95 CRI 5500 K.
Scientists are learning more each day that each wavelength
brings a different biological response. (See Research.)
Unfortunately, most indoor lighting (both fluorescent and incandescent
or screw-in) is yellow-orange, the narrowest part of the spectrum,
and is low in the wide green-blue-violet end. The rainbow is
incomplete.

You can use your Indoor Sunshine anywhere --
in homes, offices, schools, hospitals. They can be used to
address specific concerns and for general lighting. Indoor
Sunshine comes in energy saving spiral bulbs, fluorescent
tubes that can be used with electronic ballasts
to eliminate that annoying flicker and hum, and light
boxes. We are proud to offer you the finest
lighting in the world:

In the 1990s Light for Health founder Linaya
Hahn was privileged to become a friend of light pioneer,
Dr. John Ott. I honor John for the inspiration and direction
that he gave me personally, for his ground-breaking research
into the effects of full spectrum light, and for his continuing
influence on my company.
Light for Health is dedicated to the spirit
and integrity of my friend, light pioneer, John
Ott, PhD. Thanks
for lighting the way, John.
