Light for Health's Return Policy

All light boxes carry a 30-day money back guarantee. Compact fluorescent spiral bulbs and fluorescent tubes are guaranteed for a year. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

If you need to return an item, please call us or email us with your name, invoice number and contact information.  (See Info)  Each request is processed, an authorization number is issued and return instructions are sent out within 24 hours.

The products must be shipped prepaid to Light for Health, Inc., 101 Eagle Canyon Circle, Lyons, CO 80540. The authorization number must be indicated clearly on the package.  The customer is responsible for the products and any damage caused to them during transport to us.  We highly recommend using the original packaging.

Upon receipt of authorized returns we will issue a refund or ship requested replacement products within 2 business days. If a customer used a credit card to purchase products the refund is credited to the original credit card number.
